جبق: تخفيف فاتورة أدوية الأمراض المستعصية ما بين 40% و70%

Minister of Public Health Jameel Jabbak announced a number of steps that have been recently achieved in the framework of the development and immunization of government hospitals, the promotion of doctors' rights, and the reduction of the cost of incurable diseases.

Speaking at the inauguration of the Lebanese Society of Gastroenterology, he said that Monday will start transferring funds to government hospitals, after which the doctors' money will be transferred. He said that the government hospitals will be processed on the basis of the one-percent concessional loan provided by the World Bank.

Regarding the reduction of the drug bill, the reduction of the cost of medicines for incurable diseases was announced between 40% and 70% in agreement with the importing companies in Lebanon, pointing out that the reduction of this bill will lead to the provision of medicine for all Lebanese people with some exceptions to the patients of the guarantee and cooperation.
